What this is
NOMOFOMO is a way to share when you are free with people you choose, and to agree plans that land in both diaries. It is run by one person and offered as it is, free of charge.
Your account
You sign in with an account you already have. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the calendar you connect being yours to connect.
You need to be old enough to agree to this where you live, and to hold the account you sign in with.
What you put in
Titles, places, notes, messages and the names you give things are yours. Do not put in anything unlawful, and do not use the app to harass anybody or to send people things they have not asked for.
Text messages are composed on your own phone and sent by it. What you send, and to whom, is between you and them.
What we do with your calendar
We read it to work out when you are free, and we write an event to it when you do something that puts one there: agreeing a plan with somebody, creating an event you are hosting, or saying you are coming to one. Never otherwise. The detail is in the privacy notice, which is part of these terms.
You can disconnect NOMOFOMO from your calendar provider at any time, which stops all access immediately.
What we do not promise
This is a small app run by one person. It may be unavailable, it may lose data, and it may change or stop. It reads your calendar through somebody else's service, and if that service is slow or wrong then so are we.
Do not rely on it alone for anything that matters. If a plan has to happen, put it in your calendar yourself as well.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by an agreement.
Ending it
You can stop at any time, and ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted by emailing [email protected].
We can close an account that is being used to harm somebody, or to break these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using the app after that means you are fine with the new version.
